Adolescences 01 - Joris

In the rural setting of Yonne in Burgundy, two friends attempt to connect with subtle gestures when words fail them. It’s in the juxtaposition of these snapshots, when joy and sorrow intermingle, that the heart of this series lies. We’ve used a mixture of techniques to explore new ways of fusing reality and imagination, film and CG, playing with boundaries, so that technique is no longer an issue, and we can tell our stories in an even freer way.
